Cytogeneticist (Human Genetics)

Aline joined the Cerba laboratory in 2022 as a Cytogeneticist. She has expertise in conventional and molecular Cytogenetics for pre- and post-natal diagnosis. She validates chromosomal abnormalities using cfDNA.


She has been passionate about Cytogenetics for over 25 years, having made it her specialty during her internship in Paris. She has notably worked on ADNPC: "procedure to follow for copy number variations (CNV)", and also practices as an expert consultant for prenatal diagnostics centers (CPDPN).


She worked as a hospital practitioner at Amiens University Hospital for 11 years, where she developed Onco-hematological Cytogenetics, then at Antoine Béclère in Clamart for 8 years. She has also been a consulting practitioner in genetics (pre-postnatal and CECOS sperm banks) since 2005.


She is a Doctor of Medicine and also hold a DES specialized studies diploma in Human Biology, a DESC post-graduate diploma in Human Cytogenetics, a Master in renal tumor cytogenetics (Institut Gustave Roussy), a DEA post-graduate diploma in Human Genetics, and a DIU inter-university post-graduate diploma in NGS.
