Guarantee high-quality medical diagnosis for all

Behind every tube, there is a patient waiting for the results so that his or her doctor can make a diagnosis, define a protocol, or adjust a treatment. This is a major responsibility, and one to which we attach great importance. We work every day to maintain our high level of medical excellence, innovate, make our tests accessible to new markets and optimize turnaround times for results.

Develop human capital

In medical diagnostics, expertise is essential for guaranteeing the quality of the solutions provided. To maintain our high level of expertise, we are committed to a policy of talent management, notably by means of a substantial training budget. Every year, almost all our employees attend at least one training course. We are also strongly committed to providing our employees with a safe and pleasant working environment in which they can give the best of themselves. A number of initiatives have been taken in this area, including the provision of sports facilities, a breastfeeding room and several rest rooms, as well as the organization of team-building events.

Reduce our impact on the environment

Aware of the impact of our activity on the environment, we are taking steps to minimize this wherever possible. The new Frépillon platform, which has been operational since 2024, has been designed according to the guidelines of three labels: Biodiversity Progress (integration of the building into its natural environment; Osmoz (working conditions) and BREEAM (eco-construction of the building). We obtained the latter label in June 2024. We are also developing initiatives to encourage Eco mobility among our employees (electric charging points, 70% reimbursement of public transport costs, car-sharing platform, etc.).

Within the company and in our relations with our suppliers, we apply the principles of our ethics charter to all our activities and behavior. We are highly committed to managing the personal data of our patients and employees, preventing all forms of corruption and being vigilant about risks in our operations and supply chain.
