Cerba, a training organization since 2000

A key hallmark of the laboratory, training has always held a central role at Cerba, making it a pioneer in the field. Cerba has been a recognized training organization since 2000 and has been offering certified scientific training programs since 2010.

Continuous
professional development

All Cerba training programs are accredited by the ANDPC (National Agency for Continuous Professional Development).
They align with the priority guidelines defined by ministerial decrees every three years.

In recent years, topics have included pregnancy, hepatitis, STIs, hormone studies, adult anemia, and managing anomalies in copy number variations (CNVs) in genetics.

A new training program on vaccination is expected to launch in the first quarter of 2025, following the decree of August 8, 2023, which expands vaccination competencies for nurses and introduces vaccination skills for medical biologists.

A new format :
Virtual classes

Depending on the topics, certified training programs are designed for biologists, laboratory staff (technicians, quality specialists, logisticians), midwives, general practitioners, and/or gynecologists. Virtual classes are also available. These certified scientific training sessions are delivered by expert medical biologists from the Cerba laboratory or other healthcare professionals.
