To easily access your patients’ test results, the test catalog and all the services we have developed to make your daily life easier, go to the “My Cerba” customer portal.
On My Cerba, you can track your results in real time using the DPS (Projected Release Date). This date includes the technical and biological validation times and integrates any delays, giving the scheduling data entered by the technical unit managers. Where several different analyses are ongoing for a single client, the release date and status (registered, process phase, etc.) are indicated for each analysis, independently of the others.
Thanks to a new module added to your My Cerba account in 2023, you can now enter any missing details on incomplete information sheets in just a few clicks. Once the information has been entered, the process is automatically unlocked.
The My Cerba portal also gives you access to services that have been developed especially for you: catalog, equipment ordering; Customer Care program for laboratory staff in charge of shipments to Cerba...
