Cerba committed itself very early on to a voluntary quality management approach

In 2011, we became the first private laboratory to bring our quality management system into line with the requirements of NF EN ISO 15189 (No. 8-0945, Medical examinations), anticipating regulatory obligations.

Traceability, compliance and confidentiality

The aim of our quality management system is to ensure:

• Accuracy of test results provided to clinicians;

• Data traceability;

• Confidentiality;

• Robust processes and organization.

Our scopes of accreditation are available on the COFRAC website : COFRAC

Steps are currently being taken to obtain other international accreditations.

In accordance with GEN REF 11, our clients are not authorized to use our accreditation label (reproduction of our report is not considered as use of the accreditation). In the event of misuse, either observed or brought to our attention, we are obliged to take action.

CAP Accreditation: A Globally Recognized Mark of Quality

Obtained in May 2026, this new accreditation demonstrates the strength of Cerba Advanced Pathology by Cerba’s quality management system and the rigorous control of its analytical processes.

The College of American Pathologists (CAP) recognizes our commitment to delivering reliable, traceable, and reproducible data in accordance with the most demanding international standards.
