Cytogeneticist (Human Genetics)
Detlef specializes in pre- and post-natal constitutional cytogenetics, CNV analysis by DNA chip, NGS Molecular Biology and Whole Exome Sequencing (WES).
Detlef joined the Cerba laboratory in 2007. He previously worked in Germany at Bonn University Hospital in Oncology and Cytogenetics, at Düsseldorf University Hospital in Oncohematology, and at Rostock University Hospital as Laboratory Director in Cytogenetics.
Detlef holds a Doctorate in Human Genetics, and a DIU inter-university post-graduate diploma in Personalized Medicine.
