This test cannot be requested alone (complements unexpected antibodies screening in pregnant women). Both samples types are required to perform the test. Samples must come withe the completed dedicated "Hematology" form. In case of pregnancy, mention the forecasted date of birth and any injection of anti-D (date & dose). Mention the comprehensive patient information (name, first name, spouse name, date of birth, sex), the date and time of collection, the name of the collecting person and of the prescribing physician. Identity must be strictly identical on the test request form and on the tube. Price per Ab to be titrated. If positive Rhesus D identified, an anti-D microtitration may be performed and invoiced in addition.
