2 smears of non fixed non stained blood and/or bone marrow. Collect on the day of sample shipment. Hemogram and myelogram data ( % blast cells) and "hematology" clinical information form are MANDATORY. *For samples delivered on fridays, results will be available on the next Monday. Antibodies panel: cMPO, cCD3, cCD79a, CD11c, CD13,CD14, CD33, CD36, CD3, CD5, CD7, CD4, CD8, CD10, CD19, CD20, CD22, CD123, CD1a, CD2 ,CD34, CD117, HLA-DR, µIgM,TdT, CD56, CD64,CD123.
Not tested : CD41, CD42, CD61, CD71
In the case of bone marrow samples, increasing the aspiration volume may lead to haemodilution of the sample.
Our panels are not intended to monitor residual disease.
The panel returned by the biologist will be chosen on the basis of the results of the panels carried out (orientation, blastic, other, etc.), the context provided and the study of any smears transmitted, whatever the request made.
