Collect 10 ml of whole (low flow) on Streck tube available on www.mycerba.com. The tube must be gently rotated by at least 10 times. The sample must be received within 5 days. DO NOT FREEZE.
Please enclose the requisition form , the attestation for information and the informed consent signed by the physician and the patient (Consent for trisomies 13, 18, 21 + consent for atypical chromosomal anomalies), a copy of the report of the ultrasound at first trimester of pregnancy (with measurement of nuchal translucency) and a copy of any document stating the indication for testing.
