Sample must come with the completed "Onco-hematology" clinical information form, the result reports of the myelogram and of the complete blood count and the result of the initial diagnosis (karyotype and molecular biology). Otherwise, AML diagnosis panel will be performed and invoiced. This test can be performed on blood only if the percentage of blasts is greater than 15%.
