(Auto)prélèvement vaginal sur cytobrosse conique ou écouvillon en milieu de transport dédié (Cobas® PCR cell collection media (Roche), PreservCyt/Thinprep (Hologic), SurePath (BD), Cyt-All (Cytomega), Cervi-collect (Abbott), M4RT (REMEL), Lingen ou dispositif d'autoprélèvement Qvintip, Evalyn Brush ou FLOQswab.
- en labsence de cytologie cervico-utérine (examen cytologique) de dépistage préalable,
- trois ans après la dernière cytologie cervico-utérine de dépistage avec un résultat normal,
- puis tous les cinq ans dès lors que le résultat du test précédent était négatif;
NB: en cas d'auto-prélèvement positif, un nouveau prélèvement cervico-utérin (frottis) doit être pratiqué afin qu'une cytologie réflexe soit réalisée.
