Acidified 24 h urines (Hydrochloric acid pH=2). Freeze an aliquot. Maintain urines at cool temperature during collection. If oxalates are jointly prescribed, the collection procedure may be the same as required for oxalates (acidified urine). Freeze an aliquot of 24 h urine.
