1- Pre-analytical conditions indicated on the FDE: failure to comply with these conditions will result in refusal of the order.
2-For HLA and disease/pharmacogenetic requests: medical consultation certificate and consent must be attached.
3- For HLA typing/transplant requests: Cerba is not EFI accredited => all typing for transplant recipients in France and all potential donors tested will be refused. In other cases, for all initial requests, attach the bioclinical protocol signed by the department physician. For all requests, please enclose the HLA transplant FDE.
