Optimal preanalytical delay : 48 hours. AVOID COLLECTION ON FRIDAY OR THE DAY PRECEDING A BANK HOLIDAY, except in emergencies. Collect on the day the sample is sent.

Tested antibodies : CD38,CD138, CD19, CD20, CD45, CD56,CD27, CD117 chaînes légères kappa et lambda.

In the case of bone marrow samples, increasing the aspiration volume may lead to haemodilution of the sample.

The data from the haemogram, the myelogram ( % plasma cells) and the "Haematology: Cytology - Immunophenotyping" form MUST be attached, specifying the isotype of the monoclonal peak or the light chains. Please attach two unfixed unstained blood or marrow smears if possible.

Our panels are not intended to monitor residual disease.

The panel returned by the biologist will be chosen on the basis of the results of the panels carried out (orientation, blastic, other, etc.), the context provided and the study of any smears transmitted, whatever the request made.
