Sample must come with the completed "Prenatal diagnosis: clinical information" form and a copy of the certificate and informed consent forms. 4 x 5 ml of EDTA whole blood from both parents are mandatory (postnatal tests invoiced in addition). *If a Southern blot technique is required, time to result may reach 1 month.
