Hepatitis E by PCR: new 10-day temporary delay
PCR MULTIPLEX GENITAL ULCERATIONS: new temporary 7-day deadline
Testing for H. pylori DNA by PCR: new 7-day time limit
Leptospira DNA PCR test: new 7-day time limit
-Cannabis: new time limit of 7 days
-Methylmalonic acid (serum and urine): new time limit of 15 days
-Vitamin B2: new time limit of 10 days
-Clomipramine: new time limit of 7 days
-Methadone: new time limit of 7 days
-Caffeine: new time limit of 3 days
Quinidine: new 7-day time limit
-Serum cortisone: new time limit of 10 days
DELAYS
Anti-mullerian hormone
A reagent shortage is affecting our turnaround time, with a return to normal expected on Friday 23 February.
Screening and titration - Legionella serology
A return to normal is expected on 10 March.
Immunofixation
An increase in activity is now forcing us to have a 2 week turnaround time. Measures are being put in place for a return to normal.
Citrates and oxalates
Breakdowns in our automated systems are affecting our turnaround time by 2 months.
As of this week, we are beginning to make up for the delay thanks to the transfer of this technique to two new automated systems.
Vitamin B1 and B6
Our turnaround time has been affected by a reagent shortage relating to internal quality controls for these assays. The situation is expected to return to normal by the end of February.
SUBCONTRACTING
Plasma catecholamines
During the relocation period and until the end of February, this test is outsourced to the Biomnis laboratory.
