Dear colleague,
Stay informed of our pre-analytical changes with our daily Newsletter : technical updates, reagent shortages, nomenclature changes, and pricing adjustments for our tests, as well as the progress of the relocation of our differents specialities to the new site in Frépillon.
Following the launch of the new tube sorting line and connected automates, we have encountered unexpected difficulties that were not identified during the testing phases. Consequently, certain tests in Biochemistry, Autoimmunity, Allergology, and Infectious Serologies may experience delays of more than a week.
Our teams are currently working on both sites (Saint-Ouen l’Aumône and Frépillon) in order to return to a normal situation as soon as possible.
