Due to specific organisational problems, the turnaround time for AML molecular tests will be extended for samples received from 22 July to 2 August inclusive.
The expected turnaround time for results over this period will be 3 weeks for samples taken during the week of 22 July and 15 days for samples taken during the week of 29 July.
If these timescales are not compatible with your organisational arrangements, we suggest that you contact another laboratory likely to be able to carry out the test as quickly as possible.
Following the discontinuation of the production of test kits by the supplier Biomérieux, we would like to draw your attention to the following situations:
- The definitive discontinuation of ISAGA IgA Toxoplasmosis since 14 June 2024, without referral to another establishment or replacement by another technique
- The replacement of Biomérieux ISAGA IgM Toxoplasmosis in the Cerba laboratory by Vidas IgM from 5 July 2024.
For the diagnosis of congenital toxoplasmosis in newborns, the reference test is the mother-infant comparative western blot, which we carry out at the Cerba laboratory.
We thank you for your confidence and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Orgaran assay (anti-Xa activity)
The Orgaran assay will no longer be performed by the Cerba laboratory from 1st July 2024.
We will no longer accept samples for this test from this date.
We remain at your entire disposal.
Thank you for your understanding.
We remain at your complete disposal.
