No direct examination results on February 27th and new temporary delay of 2 days until March 2nd.
No identification or detection of resistances by hybridization during the week of February 26th.
-CDT : New temporary delay of 4 days.
-ANCA : New temporary delay of 48 hours for positive results.
-Vitamin A and E : New temporary delay of 7 days.
-Amino Acid Chromatography : New temporary delay of 15 days.
-Detection and quantification of the V617F JAK2 mutation : New temporary delay of 7 days.
-Mutation search for the MYD88 gene : New temporary delay of 7 days.
-BRAF, V600E mutation detection : New temporary delay of 4 days.

REMINDER - DELAYS

Screening and titration - Legionella serology
A return to normal is expected on March 10th.

Immunofixation
An increase in activity is now forcing us to have a 2 week turnaround time. Measures are being put in place to return to normal as quickly as possible.

Citrates and oxalates
Breakdowns in our automated systems are affecting our turnaround times by 2 months. As of this week, we are beginning to make up for this delay thanks to the transfer of this technique to two new automated systems.

Vitamin B1 and B6
A shortage of reagents for the internal quality controls for these assays is affecting our turnaround time. The situation is expected to return to normal by the end of February.
