Please be informed weekly about changes in pre-analytical procedures, techniques, reagent shortages, nomenclature, and pricing of our tests, as well as the relocation steps of the various specialties of the laboratory to the new Frépillon site.
If your test request includes several tests to be carried out and you would like to receive partial results, please do not hesitate to make a request.

URINARY METANEPHRINES DOSAGE
As of November 13, 2024, CERBA laboratories will systematically provide urinary metanephrine assays for the following 3 molecules, at no extra charge:
-Urinary normepnephrine
-Urinary metanephrine
-Urinary-3methoxytyramine
As a result, the urinary 3methoxytyramine assay alone will no longer be available from the catalog.
Estriol in men and children: BACK TO NORMAL
Plasma metanephrines: BACK to NORMAL
DPD phenotype: change in turnaround time for results to 7 days.
Benzodiazepines: following a technical problem, we are subcontracting the analysis to Limoges University Medical Center, with a lead time of 2 weeks.
Cannabis: following breakdowns in extraction equipment (routine and back-up) repaired on 4 November then gas network breakdowns, , we have a 2 week lead time with a gradual return to normal next week.
Serum catecholamines: following a technical problem with one of our instruments, we are subcontracting the analysis to Eurofins Biomnis, with a 2-week turnaround.
Clozapine: we have a lead time of up to 2 weeks to deal with equipment breakdowns.
IEP confirmation of Aspergillus: to make up for the absence of staff, we have a 10-day lead time.
Urinary cortisol: following equipment and gas network breakdowns, we have a new lead time of 2 weeks.
Oxalates Citrates: following partial equipment breakdowns that we have now resolved, we have a lead time of up 3 weeks with a gradual return to normal.
Steroids: following breakdowns in extraction equipment (routine and back-up) repaired on 4 November, we have a new 3 week lead time.
Vitamins A and E: following equipment breakdowns, we have a 10-day lead time, with a return to normal expected at the end of next week.
Vitamins B1 and B6: following breakdowns in gas networks, we have a new lead time of 3 weeks.
Vitamin K1: following breakdowns in extraction equipment (routine and back-up) repaired on 4 November, we have a 4-week lead time with a gradual return to normal.
