DELAYS

Aspergillus Serology
Following a reagent shortage from the supplier, we anticipate receiving the reagents this week.

Plasma Catecholamines
Due to equipment malfunction, we are subcontracting the analysis to Eurofins Biomnis laboratory.

Immunofixation
An increase in activity now requires a turnaround time of 2 and a half weeks.
For the follow-up of patients treated for multiple myeloma : check urgent on the bag.

Citrates and oxalates
Automaton breakdowns impact our turnaround time of 2 and a half months. In order to return to normal, some files are subcontracted to the Biomnis laboratory when pre-analytical conditions are compatible.

Cannabis
Automate breakdowns are affecting our turnaround time by 4 weeks.

Plasma metanephrines 
Automate breakdowns are affecting our turnaround time by 4 weeks.

 
MOVING WEEK OF MARCH 18TH TO MARCH 24TH : NEW TEMPORARY DELAYS
-ZINC-PROTOPORPHYRIN (ZPP) : new temporary delay of 10 days.

-VITAMIN B1 AND B6 : new temporary delay of 3 weeks.

-MOLECULAR BIOLOGY ONCO-HEMATOLOGY : extended delay with a return to normal at the end of March.

-FLOW CYTOMETRY FOR THE DIAGNOSIS OF MALIGNANT HEMATOPATHIES : new temporary delay of 7 days
-In case of suspicion of acute hematopathies (acute leukemia, high-grade lymphoma), please notify the arrival of the sample at the address pole.hemato@lab-cerba.com in order to obtain a faster result turnaround.

-VITAMIN A AND E : new temporary delay of 7 days.

-CHROMOGRANIN : new temporary delay of 4 days.

-METHYLMATONIC ACIDS (P + U) : new temporary delay of 2 weeks.

-BENZODIAZEPINES : new temporary delay of 2 weeks.
