RETURN TO NORMAL

- Rheumatoid factors
DELAY
Immunofixation
An increase in activity is now forcing us to have a 2 week turnaround time. Measures are being put in place to return to normal as quickly as possible.
Citrates and oxalates
Breakdowns in our automated systems are affecting our turnaround times by 1 to 2 months.
As of this week, we are beginning to make up for this delay thanks to the transfer of this technique to two new automated systems.
Vitamin B1 and B6
A shortage of reagents for the internal quality controls for these assays is affecting our turnaround time. The situation is expected to return to normal by the end of February.
